PERSONAL TRAINING

Sessions are conducted one on one in our private gym with a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer. You have the entire gym to yourself!

First consultation of 2 hours covering:

Subsequent 45 minute sessions:

All sessions are designed specifically with your fitness level and goals in mind, taking into consideration any injuries or movement restrictions you may have.

Each session varies from predominantly traditional weights workouts, circuits, cardio, boxing or vibration plates so that you get a well rounded and interesting experience each session.
